My brother recently got his hair cut in your establishment. The moment he took a seat to get his hair cut, the stylist told him, "Your hair looks ridiculuos, and I have no idea what do to with it." This type of behavior is unnaceptable. We will not be returning to your establishment. Insults like this are unnacceptable, immature, and unprofessional. I am more than displeased with my service; I am in fact disgusted that you would allow this type of behavior from one of your employees. My brother, who already hates getting his hair cut, was extremely discouraged and insulted by this rude, unnecesary, and impolite comment. To anyone who asks, we will discourage them from ever frequenting your establishment due to the terrible treatment we received. After making this statement, the stylist then proceeded to discuss with her coworkers that she had utterly no idea what do with hair like his (in an extremely derisive tone), in front of him. My brother has straight, entrirely manageable blond hair. If your stylist is inequipped to handle an average customer, and feels she must fall back on the use of insults to cope with her own inability, I suggest you reconsider your choice of employees. My brother does not deserve this type of treatment, and I can only imagine that other customers have experienced this same negative behavior towards them by your own employees, and that is entirely unacceptable. You would do well to be aware of the horrendous treatment given the customers in your establishment.
